Hey! It's my first instructional blog post :0 Let's get started.
What you will need......
1. A pack of colored pencils
2. A cup (SOLO brand cups work good)
3. Hot water
4. A timer
How to make your eyeliner!
1. Fill the cup up with some hot water. (Not too hot)
2. Choose the color of your pencil. It can be any color. (I chose black...cause black, but I also tried white and blue.)
3. Set your timer for 5-6 minutes and just wait.
4. Swatch it on your hand!
5. Put on your new eyeliner :D
Side note: Use Crayola or Cra-Z-Art because they are non toxic and work really well for this :) I used the eyeliner I made and it worked great! It may be slightly difficult to apply, but you'll figure it out after about five minutes :P (Beleive me, I SUCK at makeup)
Side note #2: You can leave the pencil in the water longer or shorter than 5-6 minutes depending on how smudgy you want your eyeliner to look. Swatch it on your hand to see how it looks :)
